Our subscription model is designed to give businesses predictable recruitment costs and flexibility. Here’s how it works:
Choose a Plan: Select from HireStart, HireBoost, or HireMax based on your hiring needs. Each plan includes a set number of hires per year (HireMax offers unlimited hires).
Pick Your Billing Period: You can choose Monthly or Annual billing. Monthly plans have a minimum term of three months, while annual plans offer cost savings and include the first hire fee free.
Subscription Fee: Pay a fixed subscription fee for access to our recruitment services, candidate sourcing, and ongoing support.
Hire Fees: In addition to the subscription, a hire fee applies for each successful placement. This is calculated as a percentage of the candidate’s annual base salary (excluding bonuses and benefits).
Transparent Pricing: All costs are clearly outlined upfront, and VAT at 20% is applied to invoices.
Flexibility: You can upgrade your plan or add hires as your business grows. Cancellation is allowed after the minimum term for monthly plans or at renewal for annual plans.
This model ensures you avoid unpredictable agency fees and gain a strategic recruitment partner focused on long-term success.

Currently, we are concentrating on the UK market. However, if the opportunity arises, we are more than happy to explore international markets.

On average, recruitment can take longer in the market, but at Nova Express Recruit, most roles are filled within up to 6 weeks, depending on the complexity and candidate availability.
